Roll Supreme offers FREE SHIPPING to all countries* Provided you meet the minimum spend for your region.

Roll Supreme orders are shipped via Evri, DPD or DHL, and all orders include a tracking number which you will receive via email, once your order has been shipped.

The deadline for same day shipping is 12pm UK time.

 

UNDELIVERED PACKAGES

Undelivered packages are returned to our head office in Northampton, UK. If you would like us to resend your package, a new shipping fee will apply. 

If the order was attempted to be delivered but the customer was not home, we cannot refund the shipping cost.

If you nobody is available to receive your package.  The courier will post a note with full details of how to collect your package from the local depot, or re-arrange delivery.
