Wash cold (30°C MAX) – Anything hotter and you’re cooking your gi like Sunday roast. Expect shrinkage. Cry later.

Air dry only – No tumble dryers unless you're into crispy, shrunken sleeves and a jacket that fits like a crop top.

Wash after EVERY session – Unless you're trying to invent a new bio-weapon.
